“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” is a movie about a group of superheroes, directed by James Gunn. The story revolves around Rocket Racoon, who is badly injured, and the Guardians need to save him. The mission takes them to a scientist who created Rocket and tried to speed up evolution for a utopia called Counter-Earth.
The film is also about Peter Quill and Gamora, but it’s mostly Rocket’s story. While the rest of the Guardians are there, their roles are not that important.
The movie is exciting when it’s weird and unconventional, and Gunn’s direction is superb. Some of the creatures and settings are genuinely unsettling and feel like real physical spaces.
The cast is excellent, with Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldaña playing their roles well. Rocket is the star of the film, with his story of overcoming trauma and becoming a hero.
Overall, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” is a fun and entertaining movie that has some issues with an overcrowded cast and a bit of a bloated runtime. However, it still manages to be creative and engaging, thanks to James Gunn’s direction and the cast’s performances.
